However, the key itself will lock & unlock drivers door and set alarm, however the key will not lock or unlock the pasengers door and the 2 rear doors.
I have replaced the batteries in the i purchased a new key/remote unit from audi dealer. Episode 3, replacing a rear door lock module. The driver's door and front passenger door also had intermittent locking / unlocking problems. Selective central locking active (single door locking) selective door locking will typically default to the driver's door and is most common per the factory please see:
