The only time i have hit the 'limiter' it felt like the car wanted to punch right through it. It is really a kind of agreement between the german car manufactures (bmw, mercedes, vw and audi the car has a speed limiter in place for the tires the car was specified with from the factory. When bmw comes with performance tires it allows the same speed limit as it has in germany 155 mph. I'm curious what folks think is the top speed the stock b9 a4 could reach without the limiter.
